In recent years,with the continuous development of the real estate industry and the improvement of people’s living standards,the comfort and artistic quality of family housing has a higher level of pursuit,home decoration industry has become a growing consumer hot spot,but also brought a series of problems to be reckoned with,seriously restricting the development and growth of home decoration industry.In this paper,j decoration design company as the research object,through the analysis of j company’s own situation,macro environment and micro environment to understand the characteristics of enterprises and industry development,and make a questionnaire to understand consumer demand.Using STP marketing strategy to define the high-end market positioning of j company,then using 4ps marketing theory and service marketing theory for the overall design of enterprise marketing strategy,and 4c marketing theory of consumer tendency integration.Formulate and improve the marketing guarantee measures to ensure the smooth progress of the marketing strategy.The article expects that the corresponding marketing strategy can make enterprises get rid of the low-cost competition in the industry,and create customer value and market space better. |
