Research On Poverty Alleviation And Development In Zhaotong City

Zhaotong is the worst poverty city in China,and poverty reduction is the main means to solve the poverty problem in poor areas.In order to ensure that the poor people in Zhaotong can be lifted out of poverty by 2020,and build a moderately prosperous society in sync with the whole country,we will study the poverty alleviation in Zhaotong.This research used the literature research and investigation method,in access to,collect the relevant data,combed the related theory,as well as to Zhaoyang and Ludian government,grass-roots organizations and the villagers,on the basis of investigation,from the basic situation of Zhaotong city poverty through development,poverty alleviation and development results are analyzed and the deficiencies,at last combined with domestic and foreign relevant experience,puts forward some countermeasures to improve the poverty alleviation and development of Zhaotong city.Study found that there were some problems with poverty alleviation of Zhaotong,including poverty object recognition is not enough precise,industry effect is not good for poverty alleviation,the shortage of funds,support measures is difficult to implement,the executing agency work won not active,supporting infrastructure is not enough to poverty alleviation transfer relocation planning level is not high,the effect is not good,the quality needs to improve.From strengthen poverty alleviation and development,supervision and optimize the industrial action for poverty alleviation,to strengthen the construction of residency task force for poverty alleviation organization will,pioneering support idea,strengthen peasants subject consciousness,improve labor quality six aspects puts forward some specific countermeasures to improve the poverty alleviation and development of Zhaotong.
