In energy activities,non-renewable energy coal combustion produces a huge amount of carbon dioxide emissions,is an important reason for current climate change.Making coal-dominated power industry as a breakthrough,the control of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions is an important measure to slow the deterioration of the environment.Micro-grid as a new form of power system reform,to encourage new energy development,to improve power system reliability,to promote energy-saving emission reduction,can improve the environment provides a new platform and opportunity.In this paper,combined with the existing domestic and international research on micro-grid project operation mode and project design,taking a light industrial S enterprise in Shandong Province as an example,according to the resource condition information of the location and the electricity demand of the enterprise,the hybrid power generation project design software HOMER is used to simulate,optimize and analyze the micro-grid construction project of the enterprise.This paper tries to explore the design of the micro-grid and the cost of each operation mode under the constraint of carbon dioxide emission,and draws universal reference conclusions for micro-grid projects construction.In view of the background and objectives of this paper,first of all,this paper made the intensity of carbon dioxide emission control(carbon dioxide emissions)as a division of indicators to distinguish five scenarios.It was divided into independent micro-grid and grid-connected micro-grid.The results showed that under all scenarios,the CO2 emission from micro-grid power generation projects,the size of micro-grid components,fuel consumption,electricity production and consumption,and the project cost structure.Then,based on the simulation results,the net running cost and the flattened electric power cost were taken as the evaluation indexes to explore the running cost of micro-grid operation under different control intensity,the project cost structure of micro-grid independent operation mode and network operation mode were analyzed.In the independent micro-grid operation mode,the optimal control of carbon dioxide intensity setting which taking into account the environmental benefits and cost were cleared.Finally,the sensitive variables for grid-connected micro-grid operation mode were set up and the sensitivity analysis was carried out to explore the cost impact of the changes of the PV price and CO2 penalty cost on the project,and the policy suggestions were put forward for the economic operation of the micro-grid project.
