As the three gro,wth pole to promote China's economic development,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta region in terms of production capacity and regional support has been very significant advantages.However,while the economy is leading the development,resource conservation and environment-friendly pressures have posed a serious threat to the sustainable development of the three major economic growth.Compared with the traditional total factor productivity,the measure of total factor productivity of the environment pays more attention to the influence of resources and environment in economic development,and can more accurately reflect the real production efficiency and productivity level of the region.Through the comparison of the total factor productivity of the interregional environment,it can explain the commonness and individuality of the three growth poles in the development process,and summarize the differences of the regional economic growth.Under the condition of considering the environmental factors,the CCR model and the SBM model based on the non-expected output were used to measure the production efficiency and environmental productivity of the Lhree growth poles respectively.The Malmquist index method and the Malmquist-Luenberger index method were used respectively,The three major growth pole of the traditional total factor productivity and environmental total factor productivity measurement.Finally,a linear regression model was used to analyze the factors that affect the total factor productivity of the environment.The results show the efficiency of environmental factors,that is,environmental efficiency,is generally lower than that of environmental factors,and the total factor productivity is higher than the traditional factor productivity.The steady growth of the two indicators in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is in sharp contrast to the decreasing year-on-year in the Pearl River Delta region,while the Yangtze River Delta region continues to be at a high level.In terms of influencing factors,the proportion of R&D investment,environmental management investment and the proportion of secondary industry structure is positively related to the growth rate of total factor productivity.The energy consumption per unit GDP is in the opposite direction.The impact of resource endowment will be based on the total resources,advantages of industry and the core technology,resulting in different results.To promote the coordination and promotion of the total factor productivity of the three growth opportunities,it is proposed to speed up the transformation of economic development mode and promote the construction of eco-economic differentiation;accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure,promote industrial level and efficiency;accelerate the development of productive service industry,promote industrial coordination To speed up the process of energy conservation and emission reduction,to promote energy structure optimization;to speed up the reform of scientific research system to promote the improvement of ecological policies.
