Research On Government Responsility In The Development Of Rural Tourism In Dalate Banner

In recent years,as a green pillar industry,rural tourism has become a new bright spot in economic growth.Rural tourism has the attributes of public goods.From the perspective of public management,its development can not rely solely on market regulation.Rural tourism in different stages of development,different regions need public sector intervention.Xi Jinping also pointed out that "we should make analysis and forecast of rural tourism and make measures in advance to ensure the sustainable development of rural tourism".Therefore,the study of government responsibility,the realization of the rational division of labor between the government and the market,and the positive role of the government has become a practical issue.This paper introduces the types of rural tourism in different parts of China,and explains the government responsibility in different stages of rural tourism development.This paper is based on the Inner Mongolia Dalate banner.It has many national 4A grade scenic spot,is the national commodity grain base and the national agricultural development zone.It is a representative of the west,in the initial stage of the development of rural tourism and development with the highlights.To effectively promote the development of local rural tourism,this paper analyze the grassroots government responsibility in the development of rural tourism,explores the strengthening Dalate Banner responsibility of the government in rural tourism development strategy.
