Human Resource Strategy of enterprises,as a very important part of strategies of enterprises,plays a key role in ensuring enterprises growing and sustainable development.Especially for small and medium size entrepreneurial enterprise.To do well in Human Resource Management,especially salaries and performance assessment particularly,appears to be significant for promoting strategies and speeding up growing of enterprises.Studying salaries and performance assessment system of Inner Mongolia HM Company,the essay starts from a small and medium size private environmental protection enterprise that is running from the pioneering period to the growing period,has an overall and particular analysis and summary regarding the core problems of salaries and performance assessment institution of the enterprise for nearly one year,by thorough investigations,interviews,insights and questionnaires analysis synthesized with the latest achievements and methods of theoretical researches of salaries and performance assessment domestic and overseas.Based on these,salaries and performance management system of Inner Mongolia HM Company has been redesigned by means of comprehensive application including position analysis,performance evaluation,compensation design and so on.Relevant supporting measures has been proposed in order to ensure promising results while executing the salaries and performance assessment plans,as well as to be more helpful to the development of the enterprise in the future.By redesigning the present salaries and performance assessment system of Inner Mongolia HM Company,this essay helps the company establish the salaries and performance assessment system with both externally competitiveness and internal excitation on the scientific,systematic,normative and pragmatic base,so as to motivate initiative and creativity of staff of the company up to the maximum,lead them enhancing personal potency constantly to improve achievements of the company,promote both individual value and enterprise revenue,and standardize the internal performance management system,enhance the transparency of salary assessment system,so as to help HM company to grow up and achieve the developed strategy goals.
