With the continuous development of economy and trade in the world,the progress of science and technology,port trade,especially international container transportation industry in national economic development status is becoming more and more obvious,and container terminal as a connecting link between the country and the country is particularly prominent.The main operation of the container terminal enterprise is to load and unload the container,so it is very important to ensure the normal operation of the machinery and equipment.This suggests that companies need to buy a certain amount and type of spare parts at the right time for a rainy day.However,in the actual,due to the improper operation of the company procurement management,the company always can’t achieve the optimization of fuel procurement strategy or reasonably reduce the cost of the fuel,caused a certain threat.I have worked in the port enterprise for many years,so I have understood and studied the procurement management of container terminal spare parts thoroughly.This article will take the case of D Port co.,LTD.First,this paper expounded the status of container terminal of spare parts purchasing management,and focus on analyzing the container spare parts’ purchasing management problems of D Port co.,LTD.by combining with the characteristics of spare parts and purchasing characteristics.Second,propose the Joint Formula procurement.It is suggested that enterprises should cooperate with other peer counterparts to order spare parts in large quantities while integrating internal purchasing information.Build Joint Formula procurement model and use the real example to verify the feasibility of the model.Finally,in view of the problems in purchasing management of D port co.,LTD.and the characteristics of the Joint Formula procurement,this article puts forward Improvement measures.Propose optimization methods from the procurement management mechanism,information system,performance evaluation mechanism and inter-enterprise alliance.It is full of practical significance to provide reference for the container terminal spare parts’ procurement management of D port co.,LTD.
