On the one hand,service supply chain can help enterprises to reduce operating costs,the operation risk of the enterprises,to improve the flexibility of enterprises operation;On the other hand,it can help improve the level of customer service,customer loyalty,to attract more customers and increase the profit of enterprises.At present,the service supply chain has got more and more attention of people,and compared with the traditional supply chain service supply chain,their common points as follows:the process from demand produced to needs met needs coordination management among suppliers,integrators,customers.The differences:when the demand of the market reaches a tipping point,service product will produce network effects based on its functional effect,and the customer demand for the service product will have a growth spurt,so the coordination management between service ability and the market demand becomes a key problem of supply chain management.Although the scholars at home and abroad have made some achievements of the service supply chain,considering the network effect and study the impact of customer satisfaction,the service supply chain coordination problem still exists a certain space,and in this paper,the author references some lessons from relatively mature research ideas and methods in the field of service supply chain,to study the service supply chain considering the network effect and customer satisfaction both factors of network products and services supply chain,in order to solve the imbalance between the network service ability and t the market demand.This article optimizationally analyses the service quantity,service ability of pricing,in order to solve the imbalance between the network service ability and the market demand.The content is roughly as follows:Firstly,according to the research content of this article,this paper redefines the service supply chain by combining with the previous definition of service supply chain;This paper also expounds the characteristics of service supply chain and service supply chain coordination strategy and the service supply chain's pricing strategy when the network effect exists.Secondly,this paper expounds and quantifies the structure of the demand for customer satisfaction;Considering the situation of the presence or absence of a network effect,this paper builds the mathematical model of network products and services supply chain which contains two modes:the joint decision and decentralized decision where the author analyses the profit statuses;Then this paper coordinates each node enterprise on decentralized decision to make the profit statuses same.Thirdly,considering the customer satisfaction,cost of network service ability,each node enterprise profit relationship,this paper uses the cost sharing contract to improve the original coordinate model to make coordination contract model feasible in theory and operable in practice based on the basis of risk revenue sharing contract.
