With the plan "Made in China 2025" put forward,the manufacturing industry is moving toward smart production upgrade,and more and more intelligent production equipments are used in manufacturing.Intelligent equipment and facilities have brought a series of problems while improving intelligent and production efficiency,for example,it is difficult to position faulty equipments,and the equipment and facilities operating data display is not three-dimensional,and lack of effective visualization means.Therefore,the management of smart device facilities and the display of monitoring data are widely concerned.In order to solve the above problems,this paper provides a three-dimensional visualization solution based on WebGL technology and 3D scene rendering optimization algorithm.The main work of this paper is to realize the 3D visual alarm system for the equipment and facilities of manufacturing system based on HTML5 and WebGL simulation technology,and it can display equipment layout and monitoring data by the way of three-dimensional.In addition,we need to solve the problem that system response time is too slow when the web-side load complex three-dimensional scene.In order to complete the above work,this paper starts with three aspects.Firstly,we study the key technologies such as HTML5,WebGL,Three.js,three-dimensional scene management algorithms and model simplification techniques.Secondly,this paper introduces triangle area as the characteristic factor on the basis of triangular mesh simplification algorithm based on quadratic error measure,and applies CPU + GPU heterogeneous programming mechanism in programming process to improve computing speed and reduce the time of model simplification.Finally,this paper proposes an improved idea of rendering a complex three-dimensional scene based on octree,and applies it to the 3D visualization alarm system to achieve the experimental comparison with the traditional method of loading and rendering 3D scene.There are three innovative points of this paper.The first is that we designed and implemented a 3D visual alarm system for the equipment and facilities of manufacturing system.The system realizes the stereoscopic display of the layout and monitoring data of the workshop equipment and gives managers a good sense of interaction and substitution.The second is to parallelize the triangulation algorithm based on quadric error metrics based on CPU/GPU heterogeneous programming mechanism.The third is to design an improved octree-based complex three-dimensional scene rendering algorithm.
