Optimization Research On The Application Of R&D Link Internal Control In Wisestar Software Company

At present,Internet and software design,research and development enterprises are developing rapidly but due to the entry of foreign enterprises and vicious competition in domestic market,the development of Internet and software technology enterprises in China are challenged.Therefore,the operators of software enterprises need to pay more attention to the enterprise internal control in order to achieve good internal control opportunities and promote the long-term development of enterprises.For that reason,this paper analyzes the status quo and development aspects of the implementation of internal control in project management link,execution link,acceptance link,development and protection link,evaluation link by way of literature,qualitative analysis and case research,effectively studying the effect of internal control in software research and development of research and development enterprise specific link.Through the analysis and summary of the domestic and international software industry internal control literature,this paper lays the foundation of this research,and find the suitable method to analyze and dig the Z software Company’s research and development process.And finally,according to the status of the Z software company,this paper puts forward reasonable advice and measures respectively from two aspects.In the process of internal control research and development process of Z software Company is improved,can effectively grasp the whole process of software development,focus on and improve the process management and high cost of the software development process of the weak link,and then in the premise of the overall design and the cost is lower,the quality of software products to achieve the overall optimization.
