At present,China's Entrepreneurship pay more attention to business entrepreneurship,less attention to social entrepreneurship,and don ' t link up business entrepreneurship with social entrepreneurship organically.Business entrepreneurship can create new economic wealth,new employment opportunities and new entrepreneurial groups,but its fundamental goal is to pursue economic benefits.So it is possible to bring the results of the gap between rich and poor,environmental degradation and other social problems.From the international entrepreneurial experience,to solve the business problems brought about by business entrepreneurship,social entrepreneurship is a good way.The social entrepreneur finds entrepreneurial opportunities in the market failure,and uses business models to solve social problems to achieve social sustainable development.And social enterprises as an important carrier of social entrepreneurship,play an important role in social entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurs as the performers of social entrepreneurial activities,their previous experience will help to improve the efficiency and value of opportunity identification,and cope with the efficiency of Newborn disadvantage.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial experience on the performance of social enterprises and to help the social enterprises to run better.Firstly this paper summarizes the relevant theories and literature of social enterprises,entrepreneurial experience,opportunity recognition and social enterprise performance.Secondly,it analyzes the connotation of entrepreneurial experience and social enterprise performance,the influence of entrepreneurial experience on the performance of social enterprise,and the intermediary role of opportunity recognition,and constructs the theoretical model and puts forward the research hypothesis.Lastly,we prepare the initial questionnaire,through a small sample of the initial test to verify the scale,and get a formal questionnaire.Finally,the reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the data that collected.Through the analysis,the main results are as follows:First,the entrepreneurial experience has a significant positive impact on the performance of social enterprises.Among them,the entrepreneurial experience and industry experience have a significant positive impact on the economic performance and social performance of social enterprises.But the management experience has no effect on the economic performance of social enterprises,either on social performance.Second,entrepreneurial experience has a significant positive impact on opportunity recognition.Among them,entrepreneurial experience and industry experience have a significant positive impact on opportunity recognition,but management experience has no significant effect on the identification of social enterprises.Third,the opportunity recognition has a significant positive impact on the social enterprise performance.Among them,the opportunity recognition have a significant positive impact on both the social enterprise's economic performance and social performance.Fourth,the opportunity recognition acts as a part mediator between the entrepreneurial experience and social business performance.Among them,the opportunity recognition partly mediates the entrepreneurial experience and social enterprise's economic performance.But the opportunity recognition completely mediates the entrepreneurial experience and social enterprise's social performance.Opportunity recognition plays a partly mediating role between the entrepreneur's industry experience and the economic performance of social enterprises,and mediates between the entrepreneur's industry experience and the social performance of social enterprises.However,opportunity recognition doesn't play a mediating role between management experience and economic performance and social performance of the social enterprise.For the purpose of this study,mainly from the view of entrepreneurial,it is recommended that entrepreneurs first should work to accumulate experience,shouldn't blindly start a venture;effectively use their own experience,and identify the development of entrepreneurial opportunities to enhance social enterprise performance and realize sustainable development.
