Since the reform and opening up,China has gradually abandoned the priority development of heavy industry as the goal of catching up strategy,instead of playing the labor price and quality reflected in the comparative advantages of resources,participation in international division of labor and international competition,to a certain extent,improved China’s resource allocation Efficiency,so that China from an introverted economy jumped into the world’s export power.However,with the rising labor costs and the rising cost of land elements,the traditional comparative advantage of China’s labor-intensive industries has gradually lost,leading to a decline in China’s exports.On the other hand,the current trend of globalization of the world economy,the international trade protectionism has risen,while the world economy is in a weak recovery,the international economic situation is becoming increasingly complex.In this context,how public policy can focus on the promotion of trade growth has become a major issue of common concern among national policy makers and academics.With the Chinese economy into the "new normal" stage,the economy is from an extensive drive to innovation-driven transformation of the important stage,innovation as Chinese enterprises and China’s economic sustainable development of the important factors.In this context,this paper based on the situation in 2001 should be to enhance the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology "SME Technology Innovation Fund" business directory and the Chinese industrial enterprise database matching data,the use of "tend to score match"(PSM)model of the innovative subsidies The impact on the export margin of the enterprise.The study found:The innovation subsidy not only has a positive effect on the export decision but also has a positive effect on the export scale of the enterprise,that is,the innovation subsidy has a significant effect on the export margin and the expansion margin of the enterprise.The implementation of the innovation subsidy makes the enterprise export Margin increase of 13.3%,expansion margin increased by 21.2%.According to the low-productivity enterprises,the effect of innovation subsidies on the export of high-productivity enterprises is more significant than that of low-productivity enterprises.Compared with the low-productivity enterprises,the effect of innovation subsidies on the export promotion of small-scale enterprises is more obvious.The impact of innovation subsidies on the export of foreign-funded enterprises has a significant impact on state-owned enterprises and private enterprises,and the impact of innovation subsidies on private enterprises is greater than that of state-owned enterprises.
