With the development of society,in order to ensuring the company's own vitality and achieving corporate strategic goals human resource management is becoming more and more important.A good performance management can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises quickly,so that performance management is essential core of the management process.Therefore,it's the primary task to improve the current performance management system and find the best solution in plenty of performance management theory.This paper takes Kemen Noodle Manufactuing as the object of the research,follows the logical order of research background,research significance,theoretical basis,literature review,the analysis of present performance management condition,problems and relevant causes,improvement program design and its implementation procedures.Using the methods of Literature Research,Field Research and In-depth Interviews.Do some research on the status of performance management of Kemen Noodle Manufactuing,exploring the existent question by untangling theory both in country and abroad correlation studies.Then analysising about the current status and finding out the issues in the performance management system of Kemen Noodle Manufactuing.According to the company's own actual situation,Using KPI?BSC and other performance management methods to improve the current performance management.Finally,we evaluate improved performance management?verify the practicability and modify the lack of it.Through research,this paper has got several conclusions below:the performance management system divorcing from the strategic target,employee's cognitive errors in performance management,performance evaluation cycle set unreasonable,unwieldy Performance Communication and improper use of performance appraisal's results.Holding the principles of strategic target-oriented,fair and impartial,comprehensive and in-depth development,qualitative and quantitative appraisal,effective communication and feedback,common development of staff and company,solve the current issus of the system form aspects of decomposition strategic target,iprovment of performance appraisal's cycle and standard,perfecting system of Performance communication,appeal and application of performance appraisal's result.Finally,through out implementing of the new performance management system in Kemen Noodle Manufactuing,find out the better way of the performance management.It makes the communication unimpeded,stimulates the employees' enthusiasm,creativity,sense of justice and enhances their execution.Moreover,it improves the company's overall performance and competitiveness and beneficial to the long-term development of Kemen Noodle Manufactuing.
