The rapid development of economic globalization,enterprises are facing foreign competition and challenges,enterprises begin to pay attention to enterprise's long-term strategic planning and personnel protection mechanism.Performance evaluation is connected with the strategic objectives of the organization.Its effective implementation is beneficial to unify the behavior of employees to the strategic goal.The effective performance appraisal system is of great significance to the organization integration of human resources and coordination and control of employee relations.For Chinese enterprises,the performance appraisal system foundation is weak and the high management performance appraisal quality is not high,very few enterprises set up the performance appraisal system is relatively simple and play a role,the performance appraisal is only as a simple post evaluation behavior evaluation of staff work,not height to help enterprise.so,the author hopes to research on Inner Mongolia investment company to build the network performance appraisal system,in-depth discussion about how to establish effective performance appraisal system and reference to other enterprises,to make its own contribution to enterprise better and faster development.
