The Study On Environmental Cost Control Of Jiangshan Chemical Co.,Ltd

Chemical industry of our country has been a large sewage.With the continuous improvement of environmental protection,in particular,since the implementation of the new emission and the collection of sewage charges standards in July 1,2014.Environmental costs of chemical companies continue to increase,to bear the growing pressure of environmental protection.Many enterprises began to attach importance to environmental cost control,use cleaner production and other means to energy-saving and emission-reduction.Hope to reduce environmental costs,improve enterprise economic benefits.Jiangshan chemical industry mainly engaged in the development,production and sales of chemical products.In recent years,Jiangshan chemical industry bring the clean production work into the daily work content,Using cleaner production to control the environmental cost of enterprises,attaches great importance to environmental protection work,has a relatively perfect environmental protection administration.This paper chooses Jiangshan chemical industry as the research object.This article analysis environmental cost control status,including environmental protection equipment,energy resource consumption,effluent treatment and some other key point of environmental costs.Then found some problems,consist of the application of cleaner production control method is not mature,do not attach importance to environmental cost accounting,environmental cost shifting among departments,energy and environmental protection equipment management is not in place etc.Next identify the causes of these problems.Finally based on the improvement of cleaner production control method and accounting method,make suggestions for improvement from four aspects,including Preventive control measures,management control measures,disposition control measures and Safeguard measures,improving the control system.This article improves the environmental cost control system,in favor of environmental cost control and sustainable development;possess good practical significance and time value.
