Study On The Influence Factors Of Knowledge Sharing Of Construction Enterprises Based On PCA

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become one of the key resources in a wide range of industries.Now Knowledge management is one of the hot spots in global management research,and lots of the world's developed countries are building intellectual enterprises,but knowledge management is a newer field in China.The construction industry is one of the pillar industries that promote China's economic development,and knowledge has become one of the important resources for the sustainable development and competitiveness of construction enterprises.But for knowledge management of construction enterprises in China is much less emphasis than some western developed countries,the knowledge in construction enterprise update slowly,the management level is backward.Therefore,the construction enterprises in China should pay attention to the learning,exchanging,managing and sharing of the valid knowledge to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.Knowledge sharing is one of the core contents for knowledge management in construction enterprises.The employees of construction enterprises share their knowledge,experience,methods and techniques with others to improve the knowledge of individuals and organizations and improve the knowledge management level in construction enterprises.Combining the characteristics of construction enterprises and knowledge sharing,the main purpose of this paper is to find out the main influencing factors of knowledge sharing in construction enterprises,and puts forward the specific suggestions through theoretical analysis and practice.The study is important for both the employees and the enterprises.This paper firstly elaborates the research background and significance,explains the theoretical significance and practical significance of the research,then introduces the main content and research methods for the research,and then summarizes the relevant theories of the knowledge sharing in construction enterprises.It expounds the knowledge,knowledge sharing,the building enterprise knowledge sharing and so on,this paper also explains the necessity of knowledge sharing in construction enterprises,and provides theoretical basis for the study.Based on the theories of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper uses literature analysis,system analysis and other research methods to organize and summarize the influence factors of the knowledge sharing in construction enterprises by combing through the literature in recent years.Combined the theory of planned behavior and the theory of hypothesis of rational man,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis,and designs,issues and recycles the questionnaires on the basis of the previous researchs,and uses the principal component analysis(PCA)to analyze the data of 463 valid questionnaires.Besides demonstrating the influence of various influencing factors on the effect of knowledge sharing,the main influencing factors of knowledge sharing of construction enterprises are identified.In the end,based on the results of the previous theories and practical analysis,this paper puts forward some targeted measures and suggestions on influencing factors from different perspectives,and points out the deficiency and future prospect.The research conclusions of this paper mainly identifies the main influencing factors of knowledge sharing in construction enterprises through theoretical and empirical perspectives,puts forward some relevant suggestions,and it's also expected to help improving the sharing of knowledge in the domestic building industry.
