With the environment of global economic integration opening of the domestic market and the supporting of the relevant policies China's tourism industry has been developed rapidly.The development of China's tourism has gained a great chance of the development of the domestic hospitality industry.The hospitality industry belongs to the one of pillar industries as a labor-intensive industry,The hospitality industry staff turnover is serious,this is a problem to be solved in many hospitality companies today.Among the employees leaving the hospitality,new employees accounted for the main part.Low self-efficacy and bad incentive effect cause serious damage to the new employee loyalty,reduce the enterprise's performance and hinder the rapid development of the hotel.On the basis of previous studies,combined with the actual situation of the hotel industry,Taking hotel A in Dalian as the research object,analysis the current situation of the new employee's self-efficacy and incentive to explore the relationship between them.Based on self-efficacy scale prepared by Likert,this paper collected the 153 effective questionnaires,through exploratory analysis,the self-efficacy is divided into four dimensions,respectively for self-efficacy of adaption,self-efficacy of self-efficacy of decision control,self-efficacy of planning,self-efficacy of communication and coordination.Then through the correlation analysis and regression analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:the self-efficacy of new employees in Dalian hotel A is low,the incentive effect is terrible.There is a strong positive correlation between self-efficacy and incentive,and the four dimensions of self-efficacy are positively correlated with incentive.The greatest impact on self-efficacy is self-efficacy of planning,followed by is the self-efficacy of decision control,self-efficacy of communication and coordination and the self-efficacy of adaption.Finally,according to the data analysis of hotel A,from the three aspects of career planning,salary and benefits,hotel culture,this paper puts forward the measures to improve new employees' self-efficacy and incentive.At the same time,the countermeasures can play a certain reference role to other similar hotel business.
