Research On The Financing Ways And Efficiency Of Science-technology SME

The ability of science and technology to innovate reflects the strength of a country and becomes the key to national development.As an important part of high-tech industry,small and medium-sized enterprises have become a powerful driving force for scientific and technological innovation in China.To provide more help for small and medium-sized companies,the home also has a lot of support policies,the increase of the number of small and mid-sized enterprise grew with,its financing demand is constantly growth.Under the background of such an environment,a large number of scholars have done in-depth research,and gradually the study focus on the financing problem of small and mid-sized enterprise,Because the problem is the biggest obstacle to the development of this type of enterprise.In this paper,the method of enterprise financing research is complemented by the mutual aid,trend analysis and data analysis of theoretical exploration and actual research.The related concepts and theories of corporate financing,has carried on the brief review to the concept of small and medium enterprises,small and mid-sized enterprise is defined,and this paper expounds the theoretical basis of financing study.After fully grasp the theory,to research the actual financing status,environment,etc.,its present situation question boils down to two aspects of financing and financing efficiency.Again on these two aspects,respectively first detailed data analysis of the current mode of financing,will existing financing ways according to the direct financing and indirect financing,financing channel of specific interpretation,the limitations of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in financing.Then,the theoretical concept of data envelope analysis(DEA)was reviewed,and the evaluation system of the financing efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises was built on the basis of predecessors.Collecting data from the small enterprise board,we collected 26 enterprises that met the standards of s&t enterprises,and then imported their data into the DEA model for empirical analysis.The results show that small and medium-sized enterprises have low financing efficiency and low capital utilization.Finally,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to improve the financing way of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote efficient financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology.
