With the constant development and maturity of human society,behavioral science is being used in operation and management by domestic and foreign enterprises as a management theory.Behavioral science comes from management practice,originated in the 1920s and 1930s.There are two periods in the behavioral science development:one is from Mayo's Hawthorne experiment to the concept of behavioral science was put forward in 1949.the other is since 1953 when the behavioral science has been officially named,United States "organizational behavior".Japan's " Modern theory "and other new branches are the main contens in this period.The basic contents of behavioral science include individual behavior,group behavior,organizational behavior research,motivational and incentive theory.The representative theory includes the human needs hierarchy represented by Maslow,the theory of human nature represented by McGregor,Lewin as the representative of the group behavior theory,to Herzberg as the representative of the theory of leadership behavior.The enterprise realize that it is necessary to meet the needs of the staff in the process of enterprises' development with the presentation and application of behavioral science,which determines the stability and growth life of the enterprise in varying degrees.The theory of behavioral science management systematically reviewed in this paper.and applies the theory to the Internet enterprise——"Hangzhou WeiEase Tech Co..Ltd."(hereinafter referred to as "WeiEase").Then chooses the individual behavior and the organizational behavior as the point of penetration and makes suggestions for the company's human resources management.This paper make a summary of behavioral science management theory,and analyzes the use of it for the human resource management in the domestic Internet enterprise.On this basis,a questionnaire is designed applying the behavioral science theory with human resource management characteristics of Internet Co "WeiEase".Finally,make suggestions for improvement of the human resources management of "WeiEase",through the analysis of the questionnaire.
