| Logistics Park,as an indispensable intermediate node of modern logistics industry,connects the internal and external logistics network of the city.In order to meet the needs of modern logistics development,the construction of logistics parks has been carrying out throughout the country.However,the government and the investors lack the awareness of the comprehensive benefits of Logistics Park,which could lead to the development of some Logistics Parks deviate from the expected track.Logistics Park has two kinds of characteristics,commonweal and profitability.Study on the comprehensive benefits of Logistics Park helps to grasp the development direction of Logistics Park,and ensure that the logistics park achieves a balance between commonweal and profitability.This paper studies the comprehensive benefits of Logistics Parks from three dimensions,which are economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit,then sets up the evaluation model to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of Logistics Park,and evaluates the comprehensive benefits of the Yancheng Southwest Modern Logistics Park.This paper starts with the theoretical basis of comprehensive benefits,and through the case study of several typical logistics parks,the standards of the comprehensive benefits of Logistics Park are defined.The input-output method,the stakeholder model and the environmental factor identification method are used to study and analyze the economic,social and environmental benefits of the Logistics Park respectively.Based on the previous analysis results,the representative and comparable evaluation indexes were extracted from the economic,social and environmental benefits.Using the method of entropy weighting and analytic hierarchy process,the comprehensive evaluation system of logistics park is proposed.And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to solve the comprehensive benefit of the Logistics Park.Besides,this paper analyzes the specific benefits of the specific logistics park,and validates the rationality and validity of the evaluation system. |
