Study On Indicator System For Evaluating The Possibility Of Winning The Wind Tower Project

With the development of the society,the progress of science and technology,the energy crisis is also increasing.People's environmental protection consciousness is also increasing at the same time.In this case,it is essential to search for new energy,clean energy and renewable energy to replace the traditional oil and natural gas,coal and other consumable energy.Wind energy,a new clean energy,because of its convenience,rich resources,owning high social benefit and economic benefit,is widely appreciated and developed in the world.Wind tower being the main equipment of wind power,the industry competition is intensifying as the technology matures.Due to the low technical requirements of wind tower manufacturing,with the support of the government policies,the amount of wind power manufacturing enterprises increased rapidly in recent years.While the limited market share,the increase of the competitors and the continuous improvement of technical proficiency,makes the cost of the whole industry tend to be more transparent.Each enterprise continuously impacts the cost of their bottom line,to increase the probability of winning the bid.In the face of this situation,this article uses the Delphi method,combined with the domestic research results,to find out the various factors affecting the probability of winning the wind tower project.It explains the various influencing factors,calculates all the factors by Delphi method,and then establishes the indicator system for evaluating the possibility of winning the wind tower project by studying the relationship between various influencing factors and the different importance of the factors affecting the possibility of winning the bid.In the end,the practicability of the model is verified by practical cases.
