With the increasing rise of Internet+,the problem work-family conflict in enterprise management field is becoming increasingly significant and both enterprises and individuals must pay attention to it.In this study,the enterprise and individual level are under the same framework.Work-family conflict as the mediator variable and the big five personality as the moderator variable.In order to get better results of this study,we put enterprise management institution,work-family conflict,personality dimensions and employee individual performance into the same research framework.Based on the analysis of reliability and validity,using correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the negative correlation between institution of business management and work-family conflict,namely the negative correlation between employee welfare,organizational culture of work-family,superior support and work family-conflict.In the follow-up analysis,the relationship between enterprise management institution and employee's job performance is mediated by work-family conflict.In addition,the moderating effect of personality dimensions on the relationship between work family conflict and employee job performance is also verified.In the final analysis,this study will be included in a whole framework.The empirical research shows that the employee welfare and organizational work-family culture in the enterprise management institution can effectively alleviate the work-family conflict,and work-family conflict will reduce the employee's job performance.In addition,the work-family conflict has a partial mediating effect and the personality dimensions have a significant moderating effect.But the negative correlation between the superior support and work-family conflict has not been verified.At last we put all the variables into the moderated mediation model to analyze,the part of agreeableness has not been verified.On the basis of empirical analysis,this paper discusses and explains the results of the analysis,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the enterprise management institution based on the results of the verification.
