In recent years,Mobile communication and Internet have become the two industries with the fastest development speed,the largest market potential and the most attractive prospect in today's society.With the rapid development of broadband wireless access technology and mobile terminal application,people are eager to get information and services from the Internet anytime and anywhere,Mobile Internet came into being.The mobile Internet first put the Internet in people's hands,makes 24-hour online life become true and make the way of life has changed dramatically for all mankind,a new world of mobile Internet,with its endless innovation and vitality come to the world.Mobile Internet has an extremely broad prospect;it's a huge piece of cake that everyone wants to get into the capture market,especially for the Internet industry.Therefore,the competition for mobile Internet industry market and users is bound to become stronger.These potential users also have different features than they used to,so It is difficult for existing enterprises to gain long-term competitive advantage by using single and traditional marketing methods,the Internet enterprises face serious challenges in formulating marketing strategies.Then,the importance of recognizing and creating customer value is mentioned at an unprecedented level.If the ultimate goal of an enterprise is to earn profits,it is the premise for the enterprise to realize the profit by realizing and creating customer value.Based on the above mobile Internet development background and previous research theories,the writer take the example of mobile Internet company(H Company)to discuss how to transform to the mobile Internet for traditional Internet industry.And explore how to use mobile Internet for marketing,attract users and how to use the Internet thinking for operation,marketing,development and so on.This paper starts from the customer value and the industry data,the writer believe it is necessary and correct to for the traditional Internet industry choose to gradually cut into mobile Internet.But needs to create new marketing ideas and processes,also deeply understand the importance of the users for the mobile internet industry.Only a more in-depth analysis of customer value,especially the mobile phone users value,to understand user behavior,to better improve and optimize the user experience,formulate correct marketing strategy,improve the application value and commercial value of enterprises.This paper argues that accurate customer value analysis,the user experience of innovation and the Internet marketing process,on the enterprise brand marketing strategy is crucial,also hope that this article for more from the traditional Internet industry into the Internet industry contribute the business of learning the ropes around here.
