Abstract/Summary:
Energy is the foundation of the stable development of the country’s economy.However,with the energy crisis and the intensification of environmental pollution,energy conservation and emission reduction has become the consensus of leaders of all countries.In the 2016 comprehensive work plan for energy conservation and emission reduction issued by the state council,the state council specifically proposed that energy efficiency in the key energy-intensive industries should be comprehensively implemented,and the standard and standard activities should be carried out to improve the energy efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to implement energy efficiency benchmarking and to establish the benchmarking system of enterprises(hereinafter referred to as "the benchmarking system")to achieve sustainable development of energy conservation and emission reduction.In this paper,a large number of enterprise energy efficiency standards are collected,including national standards,local standards and industry standards for corporate energy efficiency.It also discusses the technical requirements,energy consumption statistics,energy types and calculation methods of enterprise energy efficiency standards,which finds that the energy efficiency standard is generally used for enterprise single consumption or process energy consumption,and the energy efficiency standard of enterprises is divided into the standard of energy efficiency standard,advanced value and the entry value of new enterprises.Finally,energy efficiency standards,which the classification principle based on enterprise type and enterprise process,import database to realize the building of energy efficiency data sharing platform.Secondly,according to user requirements and non-functional requirements analysis,the need to implement the system’s function is identified,include background management,user interface,standard browsing query,enterprise energy efficiency evaluation,evaluation report management,and statistics of standard results.According to these problems,that in the process of enterprise checking themselves and government censorship,the standard process is complex,tedious,need to a lot of cost,time and personnel,low efficiency,and prone to errors.The system needs to realize automatic calculation,evaluation of the standard,and the diversification of enterprise energy saving assessment report.The results can be viewed through the numerical value of enterprise energy efficiency standards,enterprise energy list,enterprise product output and carbon dioxide emissions.The difference between energy efficiency and standard can be seen through graphical visualization.Finally,combined with the national standards of energy efficiency,according to the requirement analysis and software design principle,put forward the B/S logical structure of the system and MVC implementation approach is put forward.The paper also uses the E-R diagram to show the relationship between the data tables and fields in the database.It describes in detail the creation of data table in the standard system database and the process and implementation of the function of each module of the system.In addition,PHP as the development language is used for the standard system,WampServer2.5 was adopted in the development environment,and the database MySQL was selected to develop the enterprise energy efficiency evaluation system.After the deployment of the standard system,black box testing was adopted,and the function and link of the page were the same as expected.Testing in engineering applications,benchmarking system can clearly reflect the results of enterprises energy efficiency benchmarking and energy saving potential,carbon dioxide emissions and so on.It achieves the desired results,meets the needs of the user and provides the reference to the government regulation and the implementation of the enterprise technological upgrading projects.
