Research On The Function Of Local Government Economy In Platform Economy Construction

2017 government work report pointed out that we need “developing sharing economy and promoting the construction of Internet plus".With the exploration and application of internet in economic development and the generation of sharing economic ideas,the platform economy,as a kind of sharable economic form,comes into being in reality,and develops rapidly in some countries and regions,which is driven by the benefits of platform economy.The platform economy has become the characteristic economy and has even dominated the economy in some areas.Therefore,the platform economy has become a focus of local governments in the process of economic development in recent years.The key problem that we study is that how government economic function should locate,transform and innovate to correspond to and help the economic development of the platform.At present,many local governments in China actively promote the platform of economic construction,but the local government has also found many problems in the process of promoting the economic construction platform,such as too many ‘small micro’ platform enterprises,lack of platform resources,poor economic returns.Through the deeper analysis of these problems,it is not difficult to find out that this is closely related to the implementation of local government economic function.Therefore,this paper explores the role of local government economic function in the process of platform economy construction,which has a certain pertinence and urgency.The research method is literature research,empirical research and theory with practice in this thesis.The structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction of relevant theories and concepts.The second chapter reviews the evolution process of the local government in the economic construction of different historical periods fromthe government functions,which deals with the function of the history of economic development,development perspective,and further affirmed the necessity and main direction of the transformation of local government in the process of building the economic function of the economy.The third chapter takes comparatively developed F District of Suzhou as an example in the platform of economic construction.I analyze and summarize the present situation,the characteristics of development and innovative experience of local government economic functions of the platform in F District,Suzhou through the information which I collected during the research.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems of Local Government in Promoting the Development of Platform Economy.The fifth chapter is on the basis of what I discuss above,which puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that can perfect the economic function and promote the platform of economic construction,namely,the adaptive change of economic adjustment,the cultivation of platform power,sound public service mechanism and perfect platform supervision.
