Research On Improvement For Coal Operation Mode Oriented To Supply Chain Logistics

In this thesis,the service mode of supply chain logistics in coal enterprises is studied by J coal group.J coal group is a large-scale coal enterprise,in recent years,in addition to macroeconomic factors such as,J coal group with traditional planned economy color supply chain logistics operation service mode already can't keep up with the pace of the times.The development of the group is restricted by the disadvantage of J coal group in the increasingly brutal market competition environment.Based on this,the related theory of supply chain logistics management is the base in the thesis,supply chain logistics service mode of J coal group,found that the existing problems and deficiencies,improving suggestions for its operation pattern development.First of all,the J coal group supply chain logistics operation mode of procurement,transportation,sales and other links and information-based current situation analysis,find out the existing problems and application integration of supply chain management thinking to J coal group in the mode of operation,and put forward the problems of supply chain logistics value-added service pattern and so on.Second to J supply chain logistics operation mode on the basis of existing coal group,two links in procurement,transportation,to improve supply chain logistics operation mode for group analysis,at the same time,the group's sales management and supplier management put forward the improvement suggestions.Finally,based on the improvement of the operation mode analysis,from the ERP system to improve,construction of Internet + electric business platform and logistics financial service system to build supply chain group's supply chain logistics value-added service mode for the improvement,strive to achieve the effective integration of information flow,logistics,cash flow and commerce flow,finally realizes the coal supply chain logistics value-added.
