With the development of science and technology,the application of tubes and related technologies has turned from prosperity to decline.The present civilian tubes mainly focus in the field of audio amplification.Although tubes are no longer widely acknowledged,but there are still some small and medium-size enterprises insist on researching,manufacturing,and selling tube amplifiers.Sound of Pepper Studio is one of them.How to let Sound of Pepper Studio emerging from the numerous small and medium-sized enterprises,how to let more customers contact and understand tube culture and products becomes the main purpose of this paper.We want to achieve an engineer's dream that spread audio technology and music culture.This paper firstly introduced the traditional marketing theory and experiential marketing theory to foreshadowing the formulation and implementation of Sound of Pepper Studio marketing strategy.Then the external environment of Sound of Pepper Studio development was evaluated by using PEST analysis.Meanwhile,the development strategy was formulated by application of SWOT analysis combined with demonstrating the advantages and disadvantages of the Studio,followed by the determination of Studio marketing positioning by using STP method,and the integrated 4Ps marketing strategy correspondingly.Moreover,in order to optimize the marketing strategy,the experiential marketing method was introduced retention,related sales and referrals.At last,to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategy,opinions and suggestions have been proposed from the establishment of enterprise identification system,human resource management,and the choice of partners.The main results of this paper will contribute to better self-knowledge of Sound of Pepper Studio.And then an integrated marketing strategy would help to expand the business of the Studio.Finally,the introduction of the 3R is not only an important method of marketing strategy implementation,but also a significant reference to survival and development of all similar sunset industries.
