| This thesis is with a view to the future of Nanjing Huadong Electronic (Group) Company (HDE), uses the method of combining theory with practice, it appraises the internal and external of HDE, makes a research on HDE's marketing strategy, it integrates the utilization of the related management theory like strategy management etc., tries to find some solutions and hope that it will be a reference for HDE's policy maker.The thesis contains five chapters. Firstly, the thesis analyzes the development condition and trend of China lighting industry, summarizes the development condition of HDE; Secondly, after expounding the current situation and existing problem in domestic and international market of glass tubes, the thesis analyzes competition status quo of glass tube industry. The thesis analyzes the general environment of HDE broadband business market by "PEST" method. It analyzes the industry competition status of HDE's glass tube business through using the five kinds of competitive force model. Then, the thesis indicates the strength, weakness, opportunity and threats of HDE by "SWOT" method. Finally, according to the above research on general competition status of the glass tube business in HDE, the thesis puts forward the development strategy of glass tube marketing strategy. |
