Dynamic Distribution Of The Level Of County Financial Inclusion In Trans-Chang Zhu Tan Area

After being put forward by the United Nations,financial inclusion has been known and practiced in nationwide.China has put forward the purpose of developing financial inclusion and taken it as state strategic plan respectively in November,2013 and January 2016.Under social background of economic new normal,financial reform as well as integration of urban and rural,the development of financial inclusion is vital to enhance economy quality,adjust economy structure,improve income distribution and deepen financial reform.Meanwhile,Trans-Chang Zhu Tan Area is an important pilot reform area,where improving financial inclusion has an significant effect on coordinating regional economy and popularizing development mode.Therefore,the study centered on financial inclusion development of Trans-Chang Zhu Tan Area has high contemporary relevance.This dissertation is centered on county financial inclusion level in Trans-Chang Zhu Tan Area its dynamic distribution.Firstly,based on reviewing existing study,this dissertation explain the theory and method concerned with the assessment of financial inclusion level and dynamic evolution.After establishing financial level calculating system,then this dissertation obtains Index of Financial Inclusion of 25 county in Trans-Chang Zhu Tan Area and make assessments from whole,vertical and horizontal angles.Next,in the process of non parametric estimation,this article divides sample into three part which contain the whole sample area,the core band and edge band and gets their respective dynamic density figures which help generalize the dynamic evolution feature.Finally,from the point of echoing point,this dissertation finds contributing factors of dynamic evolution feature with spatial econometrics and proposes targeted advice.It turns out that the whole sample area has a trend of first rise and then fall and that the performance of core band is better than edge band.It also finds that due to remote location,echoing effect has negative influence on financial inclusion development in edge band,which means financial resources in that area are usually grabbed by core band and produces dynamic evolution features.
