In recent years,China's e-commerce market has developed rapidly.Under the impact of e-commerce,express companies have entered the e-commerce industry by virtue of their logistics advantages,so as to seek diversified development and extend the industrial value chain.In the self-built logistics,the traditional electric business enterprise,its self-built logistics system also brought great threat to express industry,the relationship between them from the past cooperation into competition,ecological balance is broken,make whole the industry faces a new round of differentiation and integration of intensifying competition both sides,an electrical business and welcome to the age of the logistics enterprise fusion.In this environment,we have established our own e-commerce platform by combining the advantages of wind speed and the current situation of e-commerce industry.According to statistics,the domestic electronic fresh market has nearly a trillion scale,but the market penetration rate is only 1%.Because of the lack of large-scale promotion of investment and professional operation mode,category and the integrated electricity giant direct competition with the lack of obvious advantages,led to fresh e-commerce sites traffic and passenger list quantity is very limited.At present,the pattern of fresh e-commerce has not been settled,and there is still a great space for development.Keen capital saw the great prospects of fresh electricity,through the establishment of a variety of ways,such as electric business platform or capital investment to join the fresh electricity industry,the fresh market is more and more huge,competition is becoming more and more intense.However,the reality is very cruel,only 1%of the more than 4,000 fresh platforms in China are profitable,while the majority of the fresh electricity companies are in a loss-making state.In the face of such full of prospects and great market risk,fresh electric business enterprise should be how to break through the shackles,be the first to eat crab fresh electric dealer market,is an important problem of experts and scholars to be thinking.This paper,taking the e-commerce platform as an example,analyzes its living environment on the basis of studying its development process.Through external macro,micro environment analysis and internal SWOT analysis,we can scan the internal and external factors and environment of the enterprise.In this paper,we made clear that wind optimizing electric business platform facing unreasonable product structure,quality problems,lack of special advantage platform homogeneity,insufficient consumer market penetration and offline store problem many enterprises facing several key problems,and combined with MBA knowledge related marketing theory to analyze the corresponding improvement countermeasures,for the wind optimizing electric business platform designed a set of development in its own marketing strategy.At the same time,with the advantage of Shunfeng,the hope can provide positive reference value to other fresh producers,and provide a small force for the healthy and healthy development of the whole fresh e-commerce website.
