The scientific and rational dispatching resources are one of the important tasks of project management.For a single enterprise,the total amount of resources is limited.The study of Resource-constrained Project Scheduling Problem(RCPSP)has become a hot issue,and has a high academic research value.Each solution of RCPSP is a scheduling plan.By finding the optimal scheduling plan,it can shorten the project duration and increase the enterprise's efficiency.Since the RCPSP is NP-hard,which leads to the difficulty of obtaining the optimal scheduling plan,and even it is not the most satisfactory result.Therefore,this paper on the mathematical model of RCPSP and its mainstream algorithm,is based on the present situation of multi-project management in scientific research and production enterprises.In order to solve the problem,a decision-making model of production task is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).This paper first describes the concept,as a theoretical foundation of the following study.Then the concept of classical resource constrained project scheduling problem is expounded,and the objective function are analyzed.Aiming at the characteristics of single and multi-project management,the mathematical model of each scheduling problem is established The main methods of project resource scheduling are studied,and their respective characteristics and scope are summarized.By analyzing the present situation,this paper summarizes the two problems of the current dispatching method,and puts forward the universality and importance of outreach decision work.Through the research of AHP,a model of outsourcing decision-making is constructed.This paper designs a background of the military enterprise and the detailed description of the case,and uses it as the input of the construction model to calculate the final outsourcing decision-making results,with a certain value.Finally,this paper analyzes the results of the calculation,and points out the advantages of the rapid reaction and the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,has a certain application value.At the same time,the future research is put forward.
