Optimization Of LED Packaging Production Process Based On Industrial Internet

Industrial internet is a huge physical world consisted of product,machine,internet and human beings,which,based on integration of data analysis and machine communication capability with advance data analysis method,aims to realize intelligent production and change traditional business output for manufacturing industry.In this new era featured by information technology led industrial development,the production mode is mainly focused on industrial internet deeply integrating information technology and industrial technology which runs through the future manufacturing industry development of the world including our country.Digitized production,intelligent production and lean production have become the trend for future manufacturing industry development.In the recent ten years,LED industry in our country has experienced rapid development.In 2015 packaging market output of our country ranks the first in the world for the first time,now our country has become the biggest LED product manufacturing center.With the gradual maturity of LED packaging technology,manufacturers in this industry is facing more fierce market competition,however the traditional production model has brought lots of troubles to the development of these manufacturers.But now we can see that industrial internet promoting intelligent production process and new production mode could bring new opportunity to the transformation and upgrade of LED packaging industry.This paper has done further study on huge competitive advantage brought by industrial internet and common problems found in LED packaging process,and it takes LED packaging production of Y company as study object,and comes up with detailed measures and suggestions on optimizing LED production process,providing guidance to transformation of LED packaging industry and the manufacturing industry in our country.This dissertation first states the theory of production process and analytic hierarchy process,then analyzes development status of industrial internet and its application in related fields,secondly it introduces the status and development of LED packaging industry as well as technology,process and production mode of Y company with lots of further study,then it has concluded some problems regarding to the LED production process of Y company by value map and 4M analysis method.Thirdly it comes up with detailed strategy and measures integrating industrial internet thought to solve those outstanding problems concerning the information flow,material flow,machine predictive maintenance and visualization faced by Y Company with analytic hierarchy process.Finally it summarizes the direct and indirect earnings by introducing industrial internet into LED packaging industry together with some suggestions on implementation of industrial internet.The conclusion from this dissertation is as follows: it is feasible and necessary to solve those outstanding problems found on Y company LED packaging process based on industrial internet thought and related improvement measures,meantime this will point direction for Y company to promote lean production and intelligent production,and during this process the workers will become decision makers of production process rather than executants and directors of value creation.Industrial internet will finally be widely used in LED packaging industry leading to better performance of our packaging industry in global market.
