Research On Risk Management Of Sewage Source Heat Pump Project In JN City

Urban sewage is a rich low-level renewable energy resources,the promotion of sewage source heat pump technology can broad the energy development and utilization of space.Urban sewage source heat pump technology and equipment are fully able to meet the existing heating standards and also have achieved good economic and social benefits.However,the sewage source heat pump project is a new energy project which arises in recent years.due to the lack of experience,there are many problems in its construction and operation.In particular,it will face a lot of risk.How to achieve effective risk management is the key to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and its promotion.In order to carry out comprehensive risk management of Sewage Source Heat Pump Project in JN,to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and to further guide the risk management of similar projects,this paper takes the Sewage Source Heat Pump Project in JN as the research object and combines the theoretical analysis with the case analysis.This paper summarizes the risk factors of the project in the decision-making stage,the construction stage,the operation stage and the external environment,and further subdivides it into 12 sub-categories on this basis.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk factors of Sewage Source Heat Pump Project in JN and get the relative importance of various risk factors.Take risk aversion measures to deal with national policies and regulations risk,technical risk,choice contractor risk and financing risk.Market supply and demand and price changes risk,force majeure event risk will be transferred through the signing of the contract and the purchase of insurance.Risk control measures as strengthening the management of the company itself and the contractors will be taken to deal with project risk of delay,project quality risk.Measures such as improving the project risk management organization structure and the quality of personnel,implementing the project construction management procedures strictly,strengthing the project construction management,improving the contract management system and standardizing information transmission will be taken to ensure the smooth implementation of project risk management.
