Research On The Relationship Between Risk Management And Corporate Performance Of Coal Trading Enterprises

This paper takes the relationship between risk management and corporate performance of coal trade enterprises as the selected topic,first of all,to study and review the risk management theory and research status at home and abroad.Literature research shows that at present,most of the research on risk management of coal enterprises is limited to a single aspect.There are few studies on the system level.Most of the researches on the relationship between risk management and corporate performance remain in the stage of qualitative analysis.The Enlightenment of the research,firstly,according to the characteristics of the coal trade enterprises,through the method of grasping the principal contradiction,the selection of the credit,financial,marketing and legal risk management of the four elements as part of the framework of risk management framework of key coal trading enterprises.Secondly,put forward the research hypothesis,financial credit,legal risk management and corporate marketing performance is positively related,and questionnaire design and revise and improve the proposed research model,using questionnaires to collect data,and using descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and reliability analysis methods for quantitative analysis and the empirical research on the relationship of coal trade enterprise risk management and corporate performance.The research results show that the coal trade enterprise credit,finance,marketing,legal risk management and firm performance are positively related,enterprises should increase investment and use of the efforts to improve the performance of enterprises.
