Under the background of economic globalization,the challenges faced by our enterprises are becoming more and more serious.If we want to maintain permanent vitality in the fierce competition market,we must have a strong contingent of qualified personnel.With the young employees to enter the talent market,all managers began to realize that only fully aware of these young people's feelings and expectations of the company,to be able to attract and retain these outstanding young employees.The young staff group has the characteristics of high mobility in the face,a manager must is to build a good corporate culture,so as to meet the requirements of the enterprise and employee expectations,enable the enterprise culture to serve the human resource management strategy,so as to reduce the turnover rate of young employees of the enterprise,so that enterprises can adapt quickly the internal and external market environment changes.In this context,the author conducted a data survey of 11 representative enterprises in Shaanxi,Xi'an,and quantified the turnover intention of young employees in 6 months.The specific quantification method is to assume that employee I has turnover behavior during T,then we think employee I has turnover intention during t-1.At the same time,select the appropriate indicators to illustrate the corporate culture,corporate culture and young employees turnover intention data collection.Then a linear regression of the enterprise culture and the young employee turnover intention,get corporate culture has a negative effect on young employee turnover intention,namely the enterprise culture each additional level of a unit,the young employee turnover will be reduced to 1.2765 units.In order to obtain stable and targeted research results,this paper then returns the nonlinear relationship between corporate culture and turnover intention of young employees.First of all,for the threshold test using threshold regression method,the relationship between the two and two threshold values were 2.84 and 4.39,it shows that the enterprise culture of the young employee turnover effect is not linear,but has a nonlinear relationship of diminishing marginal effect;then the regression coefficient estimates,when the enterprise culture in the interval(0,the range of 2.84],the enterprise culture of each unit increase in young staff turnover dropped 3.1837 percentage points;when the enterprise culture in the interval(2.84,4.39],corporate culture increased 1 unit,the youth staff turnover level corresponding to a decrease of 1.6928 percentage points;and when the corporate culture in the interval(4.39,+?)range,the corporate culture of the young employee turnover intention influence,the regression coefficient is only-0.9133,which fully shows that the corporate culture The influence of turnover on turnover intention of young employees is nonlinear.Finally,the enterprise managers in improving enterprise culture level on issues relevant recommendations,managers should pay full attention to the impact of corporate culture on employee turnover intention,but also pay attention to their own business should be based on the specific circumstances to establish suitable corporate culture,the young employee turnover intention.
