Based On The Channel Perspective, Yili Shares Working Capital Management Research

As far as the enterprise is concerned,working capital is like the necessity of the blood flowing in the body.It has a direct effect on the liquidity and profitability of the enterprise in all aspects of the enterprise's production and management activities,and its management effect determines the survival of the enterprise to a great extent.Therefore,it is an urgent task for the enterprise to find and improve the shortage of operating capital management in time by combining the operating condition of the enterprise and using the effective working capital management mode.The research under the traditional mode is biased towards the internal capital efficiency and risk management.This method focuses on the management of single capital and neglects the change of the overall fund,pays attention to the static ratio and neglects the dynamic change,gradually break away from the business process,and the gap between the modern market economy and the modern market economy is becoming obvious.Closely linked management mode,thus integrating channel thought and working capital management into one mode arises at the historic moment.As the leading enterprise in Chinese dairy industry,YILI is very important to maintain the leading position in Chinese dairy market and to achieve the great goal of entering the five strong international dairy industry.Taking Inner Mongolia YILI Industrial Group Limited by Share Ltd as the research object,we construct the management mode combining the business capital and the channel theory,integrate the channel idea and the operating capital innovatively,study its operating capital management,and compare it with the mean of the dairy industry,making the relatively weak link in the YILI in the management.It's helpful for enterprises to identify their strengths and weaknesses.Through the research process of operating capital management in the channel perspective,it is found that there are still some shortcomings in the stock market,such as slow turnover of material inventory,low turnover efficiency of accounts payable,low concentration of suppliers and low management efficiency of other accounts payable.The operating capital management concept,the supplier management inventory,the full use of commercial credit,the establishment of the model of the supplier classification management,and the regulation of the management of current funds are provided to improve the management level of operating funds,reduce the risk of enterprise funds,and provide some reference for the management of the operating capital of the YILI.It also provides some reference for the development of Chinese dairy industry.
