| Business history has proved that if there is no innovation,no breakthroughs and complacency,the enterprises will be bound to be eliminated by the market,and eventually be submerged in the rapid competition of the market.With the rapid development of technology and economy,it has entered the era of global economic integration.At the same time,the game between enterprises has become rather fierce.A large number of enterprises are unable to keep pace with the this trend.For example,Kodak,the largest imaging product service provider in the United States with century histories,therefore went bankrupt.In the face of these market conditions,if enterprises want to survive in the tough competition,they must keep up with the times and pursue innovation and overcome challenges.Meanwhile,innovation needs to be promoted from all levels of organization(policy,technology,staff,etc.).The innovative activities of the employees,above all,are the most important driving force and core factor.The essence of innovative behavior is the process from creation to implementation.Only when employees give full play to achieve their creativity and initiative can they make active and positive innovation.Based on this,enterprises can realize technological innovation,product innovation and service innovation,and strive to maintain and create their competitive advantage.At present,academia and enterprises are more concerned with the research of innovative behavior at the macro level,such as the government policy support,organization funds support,and technical means support.However,these achievements are all focus on the innovative behavior from the perspective of organizational level,neglecting the innovative behavior of the employees in the organization.Employees are the base and soul of an enterprise,and employee innovation plays the same role for the enterprise innovation.In the background of economic globalization,it is particularly necessary to study the influencing factors of employees’ innovative behavior,the mechanism of innovation behavior and how to promote employees’ innovative behavior.Through the literature review,the individual innovation behavior of the employees is dominated by the mental model.However,how the two aspects are influenced is not clear.And the mental pattern plays the function of describing,explaining and predicting behavior.Therefore,in this paper,the method of system dynamics as a guide to the mental model as a breakthrough,focusing on the mental model of employee innovation behavior mechanism,based on constructing relevant hypotheses,follow the "high order management,entrepreneurship promotion mental model to reduce the information to the team,viscous,autonomous learning,entrepreneurial climate and entrepreneurial drive force" context,established a mental model of autonomy and sharing model,and then found that employee innovation behavior generated factors and key path.On the basis of this model,the influence of process flow diagram and equations of mental models on the innovation behavior,and then use software VENSIM PLE to simulate the operation,thus put forward to Employee Innovative Behavior mental model,enhance team sharing and autonomous process,strengthen the construction and management of employee innovation performance evaluation system to construct a scientific system of atmosphere and entrepreneurial organization the suggestions of cultivating.Finally,in view of the shortage of this article,the future research prospect is put forward. |
