Production logistics system is of fundamental importance for the supply chain and it plays an increasingly critical role for the economic performance of the enterprise as the lean production ideology has been widely used for the enterprise.Nowadays it can be the biggest competitive factor in the global market.Meanwhile,as the basis of the production logistics system,material delivery can be the key point for the success of the whole production logistics system.But at present,a lot of enterprises'material delivery is not reasonable because they show a low-efficiency level of informatization.There is no doubt that unreasonable distribution is actually serious especially for those who operates a much more complex production system and contains plenty of materials and products.Therefore,enterprises need to study futher about optimizing the production logistics distribution system so as to obtain more economic benefits.Based on the system simulation,this thesis takes the material delivery of one kind of typical product in A company as the example and builds a simulation model on the platform of WITNESS to research the weakness of the whole material delivery system.Then this thesis employs the way such as the pulling mode of Kanban,the reduction of transport distance and the reduction of delivery batch to optimize the whole delivery system according to lean ideology.Plus,the thesis compares the simulation results of the two models to validate the superiority of the optimization model especially based on four indicators:transport cost,inventory cost,delivery cost of per unit.
