Research On The Integrated Production Capacity Of Rice Industry In Wuchang City

Rice is the first grain crop in China,accounts for about 40% of the total grain output,China has a population of more than 60% of the the rice as the staple food.The rice production capacity and level of rice industry is the strategy of food security relationship beneficial to the people's livelihood and state affairs.The comprehensive agricultural production capacity is the main symbol of a country's agricultural productivity,agricultural production relations and superstructure of agricultural development level,it is a kind of important strength of rural economic and social development,is the foundation of the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or region.Improving the comprehensive agricultural production capacity,including the comprehensive production capacity of rice,and ensuring the national food security,especially grain security,are directly related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.The communist party of China(CPC)pointed out that we should speed up the development of modern agriculture,strengthen the comprehensive agricultural production capacity,and ensure national food security and the effective supply of important agricultural product.Wuchang City is a big city of rice planting in Heilongjiang Province,and its rice industry is also one of the central tasks of local agriculture and rural economic development.To promote the development of rice industry in Wuchang City and the enhancement of the comprehensive production capacity,plays an active role in improving the income of local farmers and promote the City's economic development,its significance for the benign operation of Wuchang City urbanization development.In view of the vigorous development of rice industry in Wuchang City,this paper compares the system theory and advantage based on the theory,adopting the research method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,normative analysis and empirical analysis,based on field research,reviews the development history of Heilongjiang province Wuchang rice industry,this paper introduces its development status,in-depth analysis of the problems in its development,and then absorb and learn from existing research results,puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the comprehensive production capacity of rice industry in Wuchang City.Firstly,the present situation and existing problems of rice comprehensive production capacity in Wuchang City were systematically analyzed.In recent years,the rice industry in Wuchang City has developed rapidly.However,at the same time of rapid development,many invisible problems are gradually prominent,which restricts the development of rice industry and the improvement of comprehensive production capacity to a certain extent.The main problem in the planting of rice planting environment is not uniform,is not conducive to large-scale management;processing enterprises more than fine,difficult situation;complex market environment,the brand benefit is not significant;the limited funds,the slow progress of agricultural science and technology research and development;inadequate promotion,resource utilization rate is low.Secondly,based on the actual development of rice industry in Wuchang City,and combined with the industry status quo are proposed to promote the development of countermeasures and suggestions: to improve the plant environment and realize rice scale and intensive cultivation;the integration of processing enterprises,to extend the processing industry chain;support the leading enterprises,the implementation of brand alliance;increase investment in scientific research study on the development,promote the diversification of agricultural technology popularization;knowledge,improve the level of farmers,promote the rational use of resources.
