Research On The Current Situation And Problems Of Financial Precision Poverty Alleviation In Yunnan Province

At present,under the background of the new economic situation and the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,we are concerned with and resolving the problem of poverty in the areas of "the young and the poor" and the poverty of the population as soon as possible.It is the "outbreak and struggle" of the Party Central Committee and the State Council in recent years Important goals and tasks.The Central Document No.1 of 2018 puts emphasis on the“rejuvenation strategy for rural areas”and emphasizes that getting rid of poverty is a prerequisite for the rejuvenation of villages.Therefore,it is the fundamental and key to the development of“agriculture,rural areas,and farmers”to achieve accurate poverty alleviation so that poverty-stricken farmers can get rid of poverty as soon as possible.It is of decisive significance for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way.In precision poverty alleviation,financial precision poverty alleviation is of utmost importance.As one of the main battlefields for poverty alleviation across the country,Yunnan Province must mobilize all forces and resources to actively implement financial precision poverty alleviation and ensure that poverty alleviation work improves quality and efficiency.This article focuses on in-depth investigation of Lincang City and DehongPrefecture of Yunnan Province,as a case study,combined with the general situation of the province,a comprehensive analysis of the current status and problems of financial precision poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province.In the process of investigation,we collected and compared economic and financial data,including financial support for agriculture,refinancing of agriculture,agriculture-related loans,number of financial service outlets,financial precision poverty alleviation loans,policy-based agricultural insurance,etc.Through investigation,it is found that the current financial precision in poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province has a poor financial awareness of the poor,and their own financial needs are insufficient;local government support is limited;the implementation of policies is not yet in place;financial institutions are less active and financial services are relatively simple;the weak industrial foundation in rural areas,the dilemma of financing,the incomplete development of financial markets,and the difficulty of financial precision in alleviating poverty.All these have restricted the further development of Yunnan's financial precision poverty alleviation.This article systematically compares the main modes of financial precision poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province,and finds that currently Yunnan's financial precision poverty alleviation model is still dominated by the government's financial precision poverty alleviation model and the industrial finance precision poverty alleviation model,mainly relying on credit unilaterally and forcefully.And the capital market is still not well integrated.The model of financial precision poverty alleviation led by financial institutions needs to be further innovated.The security model should be further explored.At the end of the article,aiming at the current major problems in Yunnan's financial precision poverty alleviation,Put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the farmers,governments,financial institutions and financial markets.Hope to provide some references and reference for the rapid development of financial precision poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province.
