Study On The Accurate Poverty Alleviation Evaluation In Yunxian County Of Yunnan Province

The general secretary Xi Jinping provided the good policy,new thinking and new orientation of poverty alleviation work in China.Yun county of yunnan province as a key poverty county,lincang city,its out of poverty,the main task of the crucial and difficult how to better implement the strategy of precise poverty alleviation,this is an important topic in front of the county party and government of the people's government.Based on the targeted poverty alleviation evaluation based on the satisfaction of poor family,the targeted poverty alleviation of yunXian city can be greatly improved,thus helping yunXian to get rid of poverty.Based on the research,this paper uses the questionnaire survey,the methods of literature study,interview,mathematical statistics,analyzed about the present situation of yun county precise poverty alleviation,through analysised the statistical of questionnaire,combined with the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,it is concluded that poor familys' satisfaction.The accurate poverty alleviation in yunXian has achieved some results,but there are some problems.The major problems affecting poor satisfaction have accurate recognition,village appearance aspect,industry aspect for poverty alleviation,technical training,construction of public cultural service facilities and povertyalleviation funds used in position and degree of open and transparent,etc.This brings forward countermeasures on poor satisfaction on the eXisting problems,including higher accurate recognition accuracy,and improve the mechanism of poverty alleviation and innovation industry,strengthen the rural labor force training,improve the rural public cultural infrastructure construction,maintain a clean and tidy village,enhance environmental protection consciousness,andt establish a long-term mechanism,strengthen the supervision and audit of cash flow,etc.
