Research On Immigration Anti-poverty Of Water Conservancy And Hydropower Projects In Yunnan Province From The Perspective Of Precise Poverty Alleviation

Anti-poverty issues are the common problems faced by humans.Poverty impedes social progress and human development.In the context of the new era,accurate poverty alleviation has become the core of anti-poverty in China at the current stage,and the anti-poverty issue of water conservancy and hydropower project immigrants is very urgent.China's water conservancy and hydropower construction has achieved rapid development since the reform and opening up.Water conservancy and hydropower construction projects have paid a lot for them.However,due to the combined effects of multiple factors,a considerable number of migrants have not escaped the shackles of poverty.Although some have temporarily escaped from poverty,there is still a certain gap between them and the well-to-do level.Due to its advantages in geography and water resources,Yunnan has further developed and constructed a large number of water conservancy and hydropower projects.This article takes the Yunnan Province water conservancy and hydropower project immigration as the research object,and enriches and expands the connotation of "enhancing people's overall sustainable development" as the core,and adopts the household survey to obtain primary data.First,the multidimensional poverty index system including human capital,natural capital,material capital,financial capital,social capital,living standards,and availability of public goods was designed with reference to the Human Development Index,and an improved multidimensional poverty model was adopted for hydropower migration.Poverty estimation and research.Secondly,conduct multi-dimensional poverty decomposition and multidimensional poverty sensitivity research in different resettlement areas to understand the dynamic poverty changes of immigrants before and after resettlement in Yunnan Province,and identify the key influencing factors for poverty caused by hydropower migration.The results of the study indicate that the multi-dimensional poverty status of the water conservancy and hydropower project resettlers in Yunnan Province did not change substantially before and after the relocation,and the hydropower migration still suffers from the constraints of multidimensional poverty.The status of poverty in the area of physical conditions,availability of public goods,and living standards of water conservancy and hydropower immigrants has been greatly improved.This is due to the positive influence brought about by changes in the external environment.Such changes are at the expense of nature.With capital and financial capital exchanged for the cost,the poverty of the hydropower migration in the dimension of human capital is still severe.Therefore,the fundamental reason for the long-term poverty of hydropower migration is the lack of "feasibility" and "exclusivity." The multidimensional poverty of hydropower migration is most sensitive to health conditions,education level,and organizational assistance.Therefore,after fully integrating domestic and international anti-poverty models and specific conditions of water conservancy and hydropower project immigration," the government +cooperation organization+ Financial" anti-poverty model that is most suitable for hydropower immigration is proposed.
