The combination of automobile finance and Internet is developing in depth,The traditional business development model is facing great challenges.Under the new circumstances,how to make full scale transformation to the automotive finance field and how to develop new market,improve competitive advantage and expand market share are facing severe challenges for Guo Yi Capital.This paper uses the marketing management theory and the application tool as the foundation of the thesis research.On this basis,we analyze the Internet automotive financial market of Guo Yi Capital,including the macro development environment,industry development environment,internal resources and capabilities analysis,and analyze the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses faced at present.The problem of marketing management in the Internet auto financial environment is analyzed gradually.under the circumstances we should focus on the ways to solve the problems,and enhance our company’s market competitiveness,service personalization,product differentiation and efficiency.Put forward the marketing strategy of Guo Yi Capital should be adopted,the marketing suggestions are given in terms of customized price,expanding channels and promotion strategies.Finally,the guarantee measures for resource integration,per capita value contribution,organizational structure optimization,technology finance,and the Control System of Investment Risk are finally formulated.Put forward the difference and diversified marketing strategies of Guo Yi Capital,To ensure the construction of a professional marketing system with the characteristics of Guo Yi Capital under the new development trend of Internet Auto Finance,build customer experience as the core,with rapid approval for traits,with automation risk control model to support the product portfolio,service system and customer relationship integration,three-dimensional construction of high standards of customer experience,enhance the market competitiveness.In this paper,a series of marketing theories are applied to compare the operation of the counterparts in the national Internet automotive finance industry.Based on the theoretical and practical research methods,the target market positioning of Guo Yi Capitalis summarized and analyzed.Using the target market positioning to find out the segment market which suitable Guo Yi Capital.Comprehensive use of 4P marketing theory to put forward the Internet marketing strategy of automobile financial business of Guo Yi Capital.The integration of enterprise resources to increase marketing efforts to build a solid marketing mode to meet customer needs,and ensure the success of the establishment of security system,focusing on the automotive finance,cultivating customer experience,expand market share in the fierce competition in the Internet car finance,guarantee to asset light business transformation success.From the point of view of theory and practice,this article is practical.It is of certain significance to the development of the auto finance business of Guo Yi Capital in the background of the Internet.
