As the result of the rapid development of computer and information technology,e-commerce has become one of the main driving forces of most countries in the world to promote economic development. The development of e-commerce has been closely related to all aspects of our production and life. The way of “Internet+ Foreign trade” promotes the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry, and makes up for the lack of data and transparency in the traditional foreign trade industry. It also expands the connotation of foreign trade, promotes the speed of dealing with foreign trade transactions, and reduces the cost of foreign trade transactions.China has been in good trade with Bangladesh since the establishment of diplomatic relations.Under the background of BCIM Economic Corridor Initiative and “The Belt and Road Initiatives”,the relationship of China and Bangladesh will be closer. The density of Bangladesh's population is largest in the world.According to incomplete statistics,Bangladesh has a population of about 160 million people, and the market is very huge.At present, the development of cross-border e-commerce in Bangladesh is still at the start stage. In addition to the model of B2 C cross-border e-commerce,other ecommerce models have not been carried out.At present,China's existing literature on the cross-border e-commerce between China and Bangladesh is relatively deficient, the same is the case in Bangladesh. The scale of cross-border e-commerce in China is very big.In 2017,the total scale of cross-border e-commerce in China reached 7 trillion and 600 billion yuan,an increase of 13.4% compared with 2016,and the scale of crossborder e-commerce transactions in 2018 is expected to increase to 9 trillion yuan. The cross-border e-commerce between China and Bangladesh is still in the embryonic stage, which has a good opportunity for development. The market potential is huge.At the same time,Bangladesh is now making great efforts to build "digital Bangladesh".The proposal of "digital Bangladesh" will vigorously promote the development of crossborder e-commerce between China and Bangladesh. In this paper,a questionnaire was designed for the survey of B2 C cross-border ecommerce between China and Bangladesh.During three month practice time in the capital of Bangladesh-Dhaka,lots of questionnaires were collected through the deep survey into the most central office buildings, business centers and schools in Dhaka.According to the results of the questionnaire,Bangladesh consumer preferences are analyzed from the aspects of commodity category demand, shopping terminal selection, acceptable logistics timeliness and payment mode selection.A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed,233 were recovered, and 226 effective questionnaires were received. The recovery rate of the questionnaire was 93.2%,the effective rate of the questionnaire was 97%,and the first-hand data about Bangladesh cross-border ecommerce were obtained. The analysis of the questionnaires shows that 35% of the respondents don't understand cross-border e-commerce,82% of them would like to buy Chinese goods through cross-border e-commerce platform, and only 16.8% of them knew about China's AliExpress,Taobao and Tmall. They tend to buy clothing, electronic products, cosmetics and daily necessities and some other commodities through the platform of cross-border e-commerce.They prefer to use cash on delivery payment, online bank payment and the third-party payment is not popular in Bangladesh, they think the electronic payment is unsafe. They think the logistics of cross-border e-commerce shopping is slow, and the quality of goods can not be guaranteed during the process of transportation. The main reason why the will not choose cross-border e-commerce is that they worry about the quality of products. They think that Bangladesh's cross-border e-commerce needs to improve the quality of logistics services. At the same time,I also visited Bangladesh Electronic Commerce Association, looked up the relevant literature of Bangladesh e-commerce,and analyzed the current development of cross-border e-commerce in Bangladesh. The development status of Bangladesh cross-border electric business is analyzed, and PESTEL analysis on the development of cross-border e-commerce between China and Bangladesh is made, which makes up for the lack of domestic research on cross-border e-commerce in Bangladesh. This paper first introduces the connotation and extension of cross-border ecommerce, and introduces the traditional trade between China and Bangladesh. To analyze the situation of cross-border e-commerce supporting facilities and service construction in Bangladesh, this paper combine the actual situation of Bangladesh from the electronic commerce payment tool, customs clearance, transportation infrastructure,Internet infrastructure, related laws and regulations of e-commerce and policies related to electronic commerce, education and personnel training services in Bangladesh. This paper makes a statistical analysis on the effective questionnaire collected through field investigation. On this basis, problems of cross-border e-commerce facilities and service systems in Bangladesh are identified. For example, the network infrastructure has problems, the logistics system is not perfect, the payment system is not complete, the customs procedures are tedious, the laws and regulations of the e-commerce are missing, and the cross-border business talents are scarce and so on.Chinese enterprises have problems in their own capacity building, such as unclear market demand, inadequate platform promotion, product quality problems and imperfect platform design. The opportunities of cross-border e-commerce in China and Bangladesh are summarized.First,"The Belt and Road" and "Digital Bangladesh" combination of policies will lead the development of cross-border e-commerce.Second,the Bangladesh market has a strong demand and great potential for development.Third, the policies and regulations are gradually improved and the barriers to market access are reduced. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce between China and Bangladesh. In the construction of supporting facilities and service system,we need to provide technical support to speed up the construction of network infrastructure in Bangladesh and improve the construction of cross-border payment system. We should promote the construction of cross border logistics system through the two modes of parcel express and overseas warehouse, establish the legal credit environment of e-commerce,and train talents of cross-border e-commerce jointly by government, school and enterprise. In terms of enterprise's construction,cross-border e-commerce enterprises should cater to Bangladesh's market demand, increase the promotion of e-commerce platform and products, improve the quality and service of products, and optimize the design of shopping websites, especially the platform of mobile phones. These suggestions will provide reference for relevant departments and Chinese enterprises to develop crossborder e-commerce cooperation with Bangladesh.
