Study On Model Of Integrated Development Of Urban And Rural Passenger Transport In Fujian Province

The passenger transport is an important supporting to economic and social development,and it is used to connect to the urban and rural areas like the link,and it serve the residents.With the sustainable and stable development of economic and social and rapid construction of urban,rural-urban gap has gradually expanded,and the problems about the dual structure of urban and rural passenger transport are becoming more obvious,the current development model of urban and rural passenger transport has not been able to meet the requirements of economic development.There are mountains and sea in Fujian Province.Fujian Province has complex terrain and eighty percent of the land are mountains,ten percent are water,the rest ten percent are farmland,and there are large difference in the passenger transport in different regions,especially there is the slow development of rural passenger transport in some remote mountainous areas which are at a distinct disadvantage.So,how to break the dual structure of urban and rural and establish a optimized and reasonable mode of urban and rural passenger transport is very important for coordinating economic and social development in urban and rural,advancing construction of urbanization,realizing targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty and completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.In this background,this paper have studied on focus on urban and rural passenger transport in Fujian Province,and it drawn on the experience of correlation case studies and literature review at home and abroad.The article integrates the following analysis:conducting a systematic review about the relevant concepts,characteristics and theories of urban and rural passenger transport,and analysised the problems about inadequate construction of infrastructural facilities,insufficient supply of public transport and low efficiency of the rural passenger transport line in urban and rural passenger transport in Fujian Province.Referencing to urban and rural passenger transport-related studies,we come out with the index system of urban and rural passenger transport in four aspects:the basic infrastructure,the operation services,the transportation management and the support ability.Using AHP and entropy method to measuring weight,the paper evaluate the development level of integration of urban and rural passenger transport in Fujian province,and the spatial pattern in integrated development of urban and rural passenger transport in Fujian province is "one axis and two center".And then its result is divided into four types of regions:the region of good adaptation,the region of basic adaptation,the more lagging region and the obviously lagging region.Combining characteristics in different regions,this article propose four development model about urban and rural passenger transport:the model of center divergence,the model of group diffusion,the model of hierarchical network radiation and the model of rural passenger transport network.This result provide development ideas for coordinating economic and social development in urban and rural,achieving equal access to transportation services,ensuring and improving people's livelihood,and provide references for realizing modern traffic construction in Fujian Province.
