Science and technology enterprises are the important support of science and technology,economic and social development,and technological innovation is the main source of science and technology enterprises core competitiveness.In the Internet environment,science and technology enterprises technological innovation conditions and methods have undergone significant changes.Science and technology enterprises need to maintain and strengthen their own technological innovation advantages,develop the dynamic capacity,according to environmental changes on the information resources for effective access,integration,use,it must be based on the technological innovation model changes.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the technological innovation mode change of science and technology enterprises based on Internet,and to improve the core competitiveness of science and technology enterprises.This paper first defines the related concepts of technological innovation mode change in science and technology enterprises,summarizes the research achievements of technological innovation mode change of science and technology enterprises at home and abroad,discusses the changes of technological innovation in the Internet environment,and then studies the Technology innovation mode change of Science and technology enterprise based on the InternetSecondly,this paper constructs the theoretical model of the influence of the technological innovation model change of the science and technology enterprises based on the Internet.Through the data of some scientific and technological enterprises,the data are analyzed by multiple regression analysis.The results show that the Internet enterprises Information utilization ability and resource acquisition ability have a significant positive impact on the technological innovation mode change of science and technology enterprises.Thirdly,it analyzes the new model of technological innovation derived from the Internet environment,and then puts forward the change trend of technological innovation mode of science and technology enterprises based on Internet.Then,build the science and technology enterprise technology innovation mode change based on Internet capacity evaluation model,adopt the method of expert scoring,sorting index importance index weight calculation,analyze the index reflecting the importance of the Internet.Finally,based on the science and technology of the Internet enterprise technology innovation mode change countermeasure,put forword that improve the capacity of science and technology enterprises to effectively implement technology innovation mode change,it is of practical significanc to develop the market and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
