Science And Technology Enterprises Financing Mode In Innovation Research

Currently, the world economy is in a transition period of development, the economic crisis has brought to us not only the change of the real economy,more important is to recognize the importance of the transformation of economic development mode and structure. From a historical perspective, the economic reform is from incongruentwith backward state, stride forward to a more efficient and perfect angle. Accelerate economic restructuring,vigorously develop science and technology, and construct science and technology innovation-oriented country is China’s current main objective. Tech SMEhas become the driving force of China’s economic restructuring and upgrading. However, most tech SMEs in their start-up and development process generally faced financing problems. Throughout history, at the crossroads of this transition, we should not only actively learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries, such as the "Silicon Valley Bank”, but also carry out financial innovationsto explore effective modes to solve SMEs’ financing problems according to Chinese conditions.In this paper, thethree-dimensional structural model based on Hall, in accordance with the logical dimension, time dimension, knowledge-dimensional constructa system for Tech SME financing modeand creatively establishedacomprehensive service platform of technology and finance. This will be the integrated methods to combine the main function of each dimension including government policy and the guidance, financial institutions financing advantages, PE/VC financial resources and professionalintermediaries’ services. Moreover, the introduction of technology entrepreneurship“Angel Index" and other professional knowledge dimension implement the professional, all-around, one-stop service for tech enterprises from result transformation to different stages of development from the mergers and acquisitions. Also, providesthe Tech SME referencesto solve the financing issues. We can determine the feasibility of this pattern in actual market environment throughout case analysis. Certainly, this research did a complete analysis for the possibility of establishing platform. However, the quantitative value model is remained to be studied continuously in depth.
