The twenty-first century is an era of constant change and intense competition,and the only not change is "change".More and more organizations face a dynamic,changing environment,and the frequency and intensity of organizational change increased,for example the United States online company in the change did not consider the cultural factors,and ultimately lead to the failure of change,so master the influential factors of organizational culture on organizational change can make Chinese companies occupy leading position in the changing environment.Organizational culture,and organizational change are important field in the field of management,by the scholars widely,in-depth research,research results emerge in an endless stream.These results are applied in practice,guiding thousands of cultural construction and organizational change.For organizational practice,now more and more industries and companies are facing adjustment and change,what is the relationship between organizational culture and organizational change,and how to ensure the success of organizational change,are that every organization managers urgently need to think.When the organization is in crisis,the organization must change,and it is possible to understand what organizational culture adapts to organizational change,which can improve the success rate of organizational change,and then increase employee performance,enhance organizational cohesion,centripetal force,and encourage employees to develop Innovation.Through the theoretical review and data analysis,this paper draws the conclusion that the selected corporate culture elements influence the way of organizational change and change attitude,which has important guidance on how to strengthen the construction of corporate culture in the process of organizational change.In the study of the Influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Change,the organizational culture is divided into self-innovation,bureaucratic culture,attention to management,attention to emotion,this classification can cover almost all types of cultures,and get the majority of people approval.In the study of organizational change,many scholars selected the view of organizational structure,technical,strategic,changes,few choose the view of organizational change attitude,the way of change.This niche angle provide new ideas for future scholars.In this study,it reviews the corporate culture,the way of organizational change,organizational change attitude by literature.and the questionnaire was designed according to the research contents.The article adopted the questionnaire survey method in the empirical study,and collected 262 valid questionnaires,and analyzed the data by SPSS statistical analysis software.The reliability and validity of the test are carried out,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire to ensure that the follow-up analysis can be carried out,the results also show that the reliability and validity to achieve a very good standard,and then Analysis the significance of personal attributes on variables,to explore the different of personal attributes on the organizational culture,the way of organizational change,change the attitude.The correlation analysis between variables is the basis of the follow-up study,and then through the multiple linear regression study the impact of organizational culture on the way of organizational change and change attitude and get the relevant conclusions,and through the orderly logic regression model further verify and strengthen the above conclusions,and ensure the reliability of linear regression conclusions.Finally,according to the results of the study,the paper puts forward some suggestions on organizational culture and organizational change,and analyzes some limitations and expectations of this paper,and provides suggestions for later research.
