With the global economic integration and the deep integration of domestic and international agricultural products market,the problem of “Much but not excellent” of agricultural products has become increasingly prominent.Nowadays,quality has become the core factor of market competition.In the market of agricultural products,quality not only represents the overall development of agriculture,but also reflects the image of an area.How to continuously improve the quality competitiveness of local agricultural products and improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural modernization is an urgent problem to be solved in many areas.The quality competitiveness of agricultural products contain the quality advantages of agricultural products to gain the advantage in the market competition,the agricultural products as a core element of competition in the market,not only reflects the overall competitiveness of agricultural products,but also to improve customer satisfaction,to build a harmonious relationship between the production of the key pin.Therefore,to construct the evaluation system of quality competitiveness of regional agricultural products scientifically,clear the quality of agricultural products competitiveness of key factors,accurate assessment of the status of quality competitiveness of regional agricultural products,to put forward strategies to improve the quality competitiveness of agricultural products,has become the important theoretical and practical problem facing local government.In this study,the quality competitiveness of regional agricultural products as the core point,from theory analysis,evaluation,quantitative model analysis and empirical studies on the four dimensions of the quality of agricultural products competitiveness in depth,connotation,characteristics and evaluation index model are studied.Firstly,starting from the connotation of quality competitiveness of agricultural products,and build the logical relationship between the quality of agricultural products competitiveness and niche based on niche theories;Through literature methods of index system design,quality competitiveness evaluation and influencing factors of Agricultural products quality competitiveness,construction of evaluation system of quality competitiveness of agricultural products;after using the index evaluation system constructed by this research,we evaluate the quality of agricultural products in 11 prefecture level cities in Zhejiang Province.The study found that the quality competitiveness of agricultural products in Hangzhou and Ningbo is strong,the niche width were 0.1036 and 0.1032,while Lishui and Zhoushan relatively low,the niche breadth were only 0.0790 and 0.0756;According to niche overlap of quality competitiveness of regional agricultural product,the study found that the Zhejiang province can be divided into the northwest plain area,the southeastern coastal area and southeast mountainous area.The main research results are as follows:Through combing the relevant research literature on the quality competitiveness of agricultural products,quality and competitive niche,found at present about the research in the field of social science and ecology are relatively abundant and mature,but the niche theory is applied to the quality of research is still relatively small,and has not yet been carried out quantitative analysis and Research on the quality competitiveness effectively.The main results of this study firstly is to sort out the relationship between the quality of agricultural products competitiveness and ecological niche,and the application of niche determination method to construct the multi-dimensional quality competitiveness evaluation model of regional development strategy to enhance the quality of agricultural products,the competitiveness of regional agricultural products was discussed from the theory of ecology.Based on the evaluation system of regional agricultural product quality competitiveness in Zhejiang Province,the quality competition power,niche breadth and niche overlap degree of agricultural products in 11 prefecture level cities in Zhejiang province were calculated.According to the result of niche breadth measurement,11 prefecture level cities divided into 5 levels,of which Hangzhou and Ningbo are on the first level,while Zhoushan and Lishui are on the fifth level.Combining the niche overlap results,analyzes the competitiveness of agricultural products and improve the quality of the potential for cooperation between the 11 cities,and then divided into 3 spatial regions,respectively is northwest plain area(Hangzhou,Jiaxing,Huzhou,Shaoxing),southeast coastal areas(Ningbo,Wenzhou,Zhoushan,Taizhou),Southwest Mountain area(Jinhua,Quzhou,Lishui).Finally,the corresponding basic development strategy is put forward according to the degree of niche overlap and niche breadth of each prefecture level city.The greater the niche breadth of the regional agricultural products' quality and competitiveness,the more advantage the region has in the market environment.The greater the niche overlap of the regional agricultural products' quality and competitiveness,the greater the regional synergy of the region and its large overlap.From the two aspects of the “status” and “trend”of the ecological niche of the regional agricultural products' quality and competitiveness,the basic strategies for regional promotion of the quality and competitiveness of agricultural products can be put forward.If the regional “status”,indicating that the current resources are not very effective in promoting the development of agricultural product quality,should extend the corresponding resources;if the regional “trend” ability is weak,means that a region should make full use of resources to enhance the quality of agricultural products competitiveness.
