An Research On Development Strategy Of Torreya Grandis Industryof Huangtan Town,Ninghai County

In the past 40 years,China's agriculture has made great progress.However,in the face of more and more complex economic situations at home and abroad,we must deepen agriculture reform,especially reform about supply side.The State Council and Ministry of Agriculture have offered to use a variety of policy tools to guide agricultural operation to further scale and level,so as to better increase farmers' income and serve modern agriculture construction.It is also required that the supply of high-quality green agricultural products be placed in a prominent position,and optimize the agricultural structure and production system.Is the Chinese torreya economic tree species endemic to China,has a variety of uses,can be widely used in fruit,medicinal,ornamental,timber,afforestation,with high economic value,the economic benefit is one of the highest species currently dried fruit.Ninghai county Huang Tan Zhen Shuangfeng mountain is located west of Ninghai,is a hilly area,a mountainous area of 120 thousand mu,mountain valleys deep,an agreeable environment everywhere,Shanqingshuixiu,fertile soil,suitable climate,no environmental pollution.The vast mountain resources has laid a solid foundation for large-scale development and torreyagrandis industry environment provides a strong guarantee,the superior ecological environment for the safety and quality of forest organic food.Under the background,based on strategic management theories and relevant research,this paper have studied macro-environment and industry environment systematically that Torreya grandis industry of Huangtan town,Ninghai county facing,using strategic analysis such as PEST method.At the same time,some problems are pointed out,such as small yield,long cycle of planting,high cost,low brand awareness and low level of industrialization operation.On this basis,referring to " Torreya grandis industry development plan of Huangtan town”,this paper formulates the Torreya grandis industry development strategy of the Huangtan town in the next few years,and elaborates in detail the promoting measures of the Torreya grandis industry development strategy from germplasm resources,well-bred seedlings,processing enterprises and professional cooperatives,brand development,marketing system and scientific and technological support.
